Double snowflake bead kit

Create our unique double glowing snowflake with this kit.

Everything you need to create 1 snowflake

You will need a pair of pliers to turn the ends, keeping the beads secured.

We recommend round nose pliers which are available as an add on to this kit.

Kit includes 2 snowflake wires, one 6” and one 4.5”

Get truly creative and have a play with the formation you want, once happy, you can create loops to secure the beads.

Instructions:

Kit comes with a few extra beads as the exact length of the wire and your bead formation, may differ.

As a rough guide, the formation I used was as follows but I have found that sometimes I need to replace a 4mm with a 5mm bead and vice versa.

I bead every other spoke and then complete the others.

Beading the snowflakesAdd the beads in your desired formation.
Bend or create a loop at the end of each spoke to secure the beads.

I used the formation:

Small snowflake

4mm, 5mm, 8mm 8mm, 10mm, 8mm 8mm 5mm

Large snowflake

Rice bead (long thin bead), Flat bead, 5mm, 10mm, silver bead, 5 or 4mm

Connecting snowflakes

Use the wire to connect the two snowflakes together, in the centre. For a neater finish, try to get the wire as tight to the centre as you can. Cut any excess wire off.
